Bronwyn Hayward

Professor Bronwyn Hayward (MNZM/FSRNZ) is a Professor in Political Science and International Relations and Associate Dean of Arts Research at the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. She was made a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit in 2021 for her contributions to youth, sustainability and climate change and was made a Fellow of the New Zealand Royal Society in 2022 and Won the NZ supreme woman of influence Award in 2022 (Westpac/Stuff) for her work on environment, and climate. Her recent books are Children Citizenship and Environment #SchoolStrike Edition published by Routledge London, and Sea Change - Climate politics in New Zealand, published by Bridget Williams Books, Wellington.
